Mobile lottery launched by IPL

A mobile phone lottery has been launched by the Indian Premier League. In this, the cricket fans can predict the runs scored off every delivery of an over and those predicting the correct result stand to earn prizes.
 
A user can guess an over’s runs as 2,2,3,6,4,4 and if the runs scored in that over are the same, then the users will win many prizes. This is currently for Indians users only, but is expected to be spread around the world.
 
Lalit Modi also clarified that, “The person in the stadium has no idea what the people are predicting. It's very difficult to fix the outcome of an over.”
