The Chennai Super Kings comfortably beat the Rajasthan Royals by 38 runs at Centurion.
Batting first, the Super Kings got to 164/5 in their twenty overs thanks to a 98 by Suresh Raina. The next best score came from S. Badrinath with 29, while M.S. Dhoni remained unbeaten on 22.
In reply, the Royals lost early wickets, and by the time Yusuf Pathan came to bat, the asking rate had gone up to more than ten. In the end, the Royals crashed to 126 all out in their 20th over.
L. Balaji took four wickets, where as the man-of-the-match was Raina who also scalped a wicket and took two catches.
