Extra day for finals of IPL

The Indian Premier League governing council has come up with an extra, reserve day for the finals of the tournament.
 
It has increased the playing time by an hour in case of stoppages till the semi-finals, where as it has been increased by two hours for the finals.
 
Also, the umpires can now call upon the TV umpire for dubious catches.
