Ganguly feels frustrated by KKR situation

IPLpro Staff - 5 May 2009

Sourav Ganguly has said that it is painful to see his team lose so consistently in the ongoing IPL.

He also said that the results will happen only in the final overs of the match, and so the margin of the loss should not matter.

He has also defended the current skipper Brendon McCullum, by saying, “A captain, at the end of the day is the captain. He has to take the decisions, no one else can take decisions for him. When I was the Indian captain, I took decisions, Rahul did, Dhoni does.”

Ganguly also commented on the fact that it is class that will come through as is evident in this IPL with the performances of Matthew Hayden, Anil Kumble, Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid.
