HC issues order to Lalit Modi

The Rajasthan High Court has issues a notice to the IPL commissioner asking him why his bail should not be revoked for leaving the country without the permission of the HC.
 
Modi had been taken to court by an NGO for allegedly not giving money to victims of last year's Jaipur blasts as promised.
 
According to the report, Modi had presented a cheque of Rs six crore to then Chief Minister of Rajasthan for the Jaipur blast victims however, the money was not paid up.
