IPL launches 8m rand plan

The Indian Premier League has launched an eight million rand scholarship plan for schools and individual learners. Modi announced the plan, ‘Help Educate and Teach’ one day before the tournament, thus coming as a blessing to both the South African economy and the country’s education system.
