Rajasthan Royals to play Middlesex at Lord’s

The Rajasthan Royals, winners of the first edition of the Indian Premier League will take on the winner of England’s domestic T20 competition at Lord’s prior to the start of Ashes.
 
The proceeds from this match will go to the British Asia fund. England plans to make it an annual affair, with a best-of-three T20 match between the winner of IPL and the winner of the T20 competition in England.
 
A visibly happy Lalit Modi said, “This is yet another milestone in the international development of the IPL”
